Spedizione e resi

Laboratory Skin Care ships to all 50 U.S. states (including Alaska and Hawaii), international territories offering courier services, P.O. Boxes (via postal services only), and military addresses (via USPS services only). All orders, regardless of their destination, are limited to 10 products. For large orders exceeding this limit, please contact our team directly at support@laboratoryskincare.com.


Domestic Shipping

Free shipping is available for orders over $25 (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Orders under $25 incur a flat rate shipping fee of $5. Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and typically delivered within 2-7 business days, excluding federal holidays.


Alaska & Hawaii:

Orders to these states have a flat rate shipping fee of $10 on all orders. Delivery times are similar to other domestic locations.


International Shipping

We ship worldwide, excluding certain countries due to regulatory or logistical conflicts. Shipping fees vary and are calculated at checkout based on the selected courier, destination, and order weight. International orders are dispatched within 2 business days, and are typically delivered between 4-22 business days, depending on the courier and destination.


Customs & Import Duties:

Any applicable duties or taxes are the customer's responsibility and must be paid upon the order's arrival. Unpaid fees may result in the return of the order to Laboratory Skin Care, with a refund issued for the product value only, minus shipping costs.


Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed after 10 a.m. EST on Fridays will be processed the following Monday.

Packages do not ship from our distribution center on the following holidays:

Order Issues

By placing an order with Laboratory Skin Care, you agree to the responsibility of delivery. Should the package be delivered without your presence, please contact the courier directly for the appropriate next steps. We are unable to offer order replacements or refunds for items lost or damaged after delivery.

If you suspect your order is lost in transit or if items are delivered damaged, please contact both us at support@laboratoryskincare.com and the courier. Replacements or refunds will be processed once the courier completes an investigation and confirms the issue.


Returns

All orders are under a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your item(s) within 30 days for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your package.

Returns due to a change of mind must be received by us within 30 days of receipt and the product(s) must be at least two-thirds full. Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. Refunds are issued for the value of the returned goods only, excluding any shipping fees paid.

Backorders & Cancellations

If an item is unavailable, we will contact you to either wait for a restock or process a refund. Once orders are placed, they cannot be canceled or altered, including a change in address. For any issues with tracking, delivery, or delays, please contact the courier directly.
