After watching scientists and healthcare professionals facing skin damage from harsh soaps and constant glove use, Zari was inspired to innovate. She incorporated Hydroxysomes into an alcohol-free antimicrobial lotion, a groundbreaking formula that became the world's first hand sanitizer of its kind in 1995.
